A few notes:
- progress, not perfection...we are all learning, and remember that all of your blocks will be lovingly received by me! I'm not a precision sewer or quilter, and very excited by how the collective creativity will influence the final design :)
- please remember to send me one or two 4" swatches of fabric samples in your colour.

Thanks for the encouragement Katy! I am working on a black and white block for you right now. Somebody in the book, Modern Quilting Bee: Block Party, said that one thing she liked about being in a bee was that she worked harder for someone else...I definitely am finding that to be true...and that is a good thing, I think my work needs to be cleaned up a bit and this is helping me to do it. I will make a post later this weekend to show some other things I am working on.
